Numerical Weather Prediction Survey, 1955-1956.

Contains survey questionnaire, replies, a list of institutions surveyed, and a final report of the survey of the worldwide status of work in the field of numerical weather prediction. While most of the responses were written in English, some were in German, French, and Spanish. There are over sixty responses arranged by country of origin. The responses from organizations using computers include information about each computer system and its use in numerical forecasting.
